Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build long-lasting relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact throughout their journey.
- Strategic Advisor: Create value for customers through utilization, usage, and needs analysis.
- Customer Onboarding: Lead customers through successful project commissioning and ensure post-commissioning follow-up.
- Product Adoption: Proactively guide customers to maximize product features and capabilities.
- Upselling, Renewals, and Novations Support: Ensure smooth novations from EPC to ultimate plant owners.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving account growth and retention.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform software solution improvements.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize customer data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive customer success outcomes.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve major customer issues promptly.
- Training & Education: Organize training sessions, webinars, and documentation to ensure customers stay informed and up-to-date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SCADA and EMS technologies, including software and hardware deployment.
- SCADA Project Management Experience: Proven track record of managing multiple sites.
- SCADA Network Maintenance: Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and installing SCADA networks, hardware, and software.
- Commercial Orientation: Demonstrated experience in selling or servicing complex customers.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to navigate complex discussions and provide key takeaways.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues proactively.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering positive relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data and draw actionable insights.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude to work with internal teams.
