This key position is responsible for providing strategic leadership to security, medical and emergency management teams. The role will focus on planning, coordination and continuous improvement of these services across the operation and during Major Shutdowns.
- Provide visible leadership to ensure safe, stable and compliant operations.
- Maintain oversight of systems, procedures and compliance to ensure they are current and effective.
- Lead performance reporting and insights using data to drive decision-making.
- Manage contracts to optimise operational and financial performance.
- Demonstrate financial stewardship by managing costs within budget.
- Facilitate incident management training and system improvements.
- Identify and manage risks using a risk management framework.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, demonstrated experience in security, medical and emergency management and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
