Job Title: Seasonal Sales Associate

We are seeking exceptional talent to join our stores during the festive season as a Seasonal Sales Associate. This role is an ideal opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of product knowledge, and contributing to the smooth operation of the store through effective management of stock and loss prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge by keeping up-to-date with the latest products, services, and promotions.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by effectively managing stock levels, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency, and implementing strategies to prevent loss.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by ensuring that the store is visually presented in accordance with brand guidelines and aesthetic standards.
