We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Associates. This is a fantastic chance to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with customers, and be part of a dynamic retail experience.

As a key member of our sales team, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers find the perfect products, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

  • Provide friendly and helpful service to every customer, every time
  • Help shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations
  • Stay organised and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Working across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment
  • Contributing to sales and supporting your team to smash seasonal targets

Requirements:

  • You love the festive energy of retail and thrive in a busy environment
  • Retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but a positive attitude is a must
  • Flexible to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak
