Job Description

As a Seasonal Sales Consultant, you will work in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction is paramount. Your exceptional customer service skills and proactive approach will ensure seamless point-of-sale transactions and effective management of stock and loss prevention.

You will work closely with your store team to maintain visual merchandising standards, live company values, and deliver results. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through great service, excellent product knowledge, and seamless point-of-sale transactions.
  • Utilize available resources to stay up-to-date with products and share that knowledge with customers.
  • Contribute to smooth store operations through effective management of stock and loss prevention.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is visually presented in accordance with brand standards.
  • Live and role-model company values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results.
