We are seeking a skilled Regional Hospitality Leader to oversee a portfolio of venues in Victoria. This role suits a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving growth, elevating customer experience, and building high-performing teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Venue Growth - Deliver sales growth, shape quarterly strategies, and ensure menu innovation.
- Customer Experience - Champion exceptional service, embed best-practice SOPs, and maintain a 4.5+ star rating.
- Leadership & People - Coach, mentor, and develop Venue Managers, with a focus on progression through our programs.
- Safety & Compliance - Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance targets are achieved.
- Hands-On Engagement - Be on the ground with your teams, working at least 2 operational shifts per week to support, guide, and lead by example.
- Proven multi-site leadership experience.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of lifting sales performance.
- A people-focused leader who builds trust, develops talent, and drives accountability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
