We are seeking a skilled Senior Laboratory Engineer to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough testing to guarantee key functionality and safety compliance with technical standards. Your expertise will be invaluable in validating specifications and ensuring seamless testing on various aspects such as thermal safety, energy consumption, noise, cooking performance, environmental impact, EMC, component reliability, materials, and more.

  • Conduct laboratory testing to ensure product functionality and safety compliance.
  • Validate specifications and ensure testing as required on various aspects.
  • Support Platform teams & Product Maintenance in relevant testing, validation, and benchmarking activities.
  • Provide improvement proposals to Platforms, participate in concept development, and contribute to FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
  • Collaborate with Project Teams to deliver assigned R&D projects / new products.

About the Role:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence in product development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical engineering, with a keen understanding of quality assurance principles.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
  • Sound knowledge of engineering concepts and materials.
  • Sound understanding of quality assurance principles.
  • Knowledge of local product approval standards.
  • Testing methodologies (DOE, statistical methodologies…).
  • Good written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
