We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to oversee the successful operation of a retirement community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations across retirement village environments ensuring high standards are maintained
  • Develop strong and lasting relationships with residents, families, and staff through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Manage financial aspects in line with business expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and workplace safety standards
  • Create engaging community initiatives that enhance resident wellbeing and connection
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retirement village management or a comparable setting
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
  • Financial literacy and confidence with budget management
  • A customer-focused approach and genuine passion for working with older Australians
