Role OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Birralee Childcare Centre. As a Lead Educator, you will be at the heart of shaping young minds and creating a safe, supportive, and exciting play-based environment that enriches the lives of children, families, and our wider community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community to ensure a sense of belonging and connection.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote a child-safe and inclusive environment.
- A competitive hourly rate of $31-$35 plus salary sacrificing options.

- A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
- First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
