About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Resource Planner to join our team at Network Aviation. As a Resource Planner, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and coordinating short- and long-term resource planning to ensure cost-effective, timely, and regulatory maintenance requirements are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align aircraft maintenance tasks requirements with labour requirements to guarantee a safe and efficient maintenance layover/downtime for the customer.
  • Ensure the maintenance shop floor has all the required resources to perform the task.
  • Work collaboratively and effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Manage deadlines and workload effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in roster planning, management or scheduling.
  • Demonstrated background in working with fatigue management.
  • Previous experience in maintenance control systems and procedures.
  • A strong background in working collaboratively and effectively coordinating with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills and a proven ability to effectively manage deadlines and workload.
  • Highly self-motivated with demonstrated initiative to work without direct supervision.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle competing demands.
  • Great computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with Webroster or Ground star (advantageous).
  • Ability to work on a rotating 6-day roster (day shift).
