We are looking for an experienced Design Manager to join our client's Project Homes division in Queensland. As part of the research and design team, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-quality projects that meet requirements and exceed expectations.

This is a hands-on role that requires expertise with Revit software to create and refine designs as needed. You will work closely with the construction team to ensure efficient project execution and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Design Manager in an Australian construction company
  • Relevant design qualifications and certifications
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Revit software
  • Strong understanding of the Queensland and Australian market trends, legislation, codes, and materials
  • Creativity and vision, with ability to think critically and outside the box
