This role is responsible for leading cross-channel marketing campaigns, including paid, owned, and earned channels. You will develop strategic marketing plans with measurable outcomes and manage long-form, mid-form, and short-form content creation for ads, web, and email. Additionally, you will oversee campaign builds across various platforms and report on performance, extracting insights to present to clients.
Day-to-day tasks:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Translate client briefs into strategic marketing plans
- Create and manage content across multiple formats
- Build and manage campaigns across Google, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, Klaviyo, Yotpo, and more
- Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations
- Manage marketing calendars and channel activity
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing manager or digital strategist role (agency or multi-brand preferred)
- Strong technical capability across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok ads, Klaviyo, Yotpo, and Shopify
- Proven experience in content marketing and campaign execution across multiple formats
- High-level data literacy enables you to build reports, identify trends, and make informed recommendations
- Ability to write a great brief and lead a creative team toward excellent outcomes
