Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Client Success Specialist.

This exciting opportunity exists for an Accounting, Business or Commerce graduate to assist clients with transitioning to our SMSF, Investment Management and Corporate Compliance software solutions.

As a Client Success Specialist, you will work closely with Account Management and Sales Teams for successful onboarding, and collaborate with the Support Team to resolve client queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients seamlessly transition to our cloud products and BGL Data Services
  • Provide industry leading customer service for a positive onboarding/migration experience
  • Answer client questions, phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Facilitate client training sessions on BGL cloud products when required
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage sensitive data
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
