Travel Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our expanding travel team as a Travel Experience Coordinator. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with clients to craft personalized travel experiences from start to finish.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Itinerary Design: Develop customized travel plans tailored to each client's preferences, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and dining options.
  • Client Consultations: Conduct virtual meetings or calls to understand clients' travel interests, expectations, and budgets.
  • Supplier Coordination: Partner with trusted travel vendors and tour operators to secure the best options and pricing.
  • Booking Management: Oversee all bookings and confirmations, ensuring accuracy and a smooth planning process.
