Are you looking for a short-term opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others?

We have an exciting temporary role available with a National Non-for-Profit organisation within the health sector. As part of their research project, they are seeking two Helpline Consultants to assist with a recruitment drive for a research study programme.

The Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a temporary basis for 2-3 months. Your day-to-day duties will include speaking with clients via a script, checking their eligibility, providing further information and login details, setting up bookings in the system, data entry and handling sensitive and confidential information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You will have experience working within Contact Centres, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • You will have a basic understanding of healthcare information.
  • You will have excellent phone manner, the ability to communicate concisely at all levels and the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
  • You will have exceptional attention to detail and be well organised.
