Operational Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Supervisor to excel in our organisational setup.

As the first point of contact for both clients and offshore team members, you will ensure seamless day-to-day execution for short-term rental properties while driving operational success with the Head of Operations.

  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and the offshore team.
  • Effectively manage daily requests, escalations, tickets, and calls.
  • Oversee workload distribution to guarantee timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Track, report, and analyse team performance, KPIs, and client updates.
  • Monitor service quality to deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Provide operational feedback to enhance policies, processes, and workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations in managing overall operations.
  • Support other business areas when required.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, operations, or related fields is essential.
  • Background in real estate (short-term rentals or property management), recruitment, or fast-paced industries is highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills are necessary to handle competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills enable confident engagement with clients and team members.
  • Experience in coordinating or managing offshore teams is advantageous.
  • Analytical mindset allows for effective reporting on KPIs and driving performance.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with effective escalation abilities are crucial.
