  • Support and guide junior chefs, while also stepping in to assist other sections when needed.">
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Prior experience as a Demi Chef or similar role within a high-volume commercial kitchen.">
  • Knowledge of fine-dining presentation and cooking styles, across all sections (cold larder, pans, grill, sauces).">
  • Strong understanding of food safety compliance and HACCP protocols.">
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure.">
  • A team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive workplace culture.">
