Job Title: Operations Director

This is a senior leadership position that oversees the day-to-day delivery of multiple projects in civil construction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operational activities across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and meeting financial targets.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, estimators, and site supervisors to drive outcomes across all project phases, focusing on quality and compliance.
  • Lead labour planning, resource allocation, and recruitment of site-based personnel, supporting the estimating process by reviewing scopes and pricing strategies.
  • Manage contracts, variations, claims, and risk assessments, tracking project performance through accurate reporting and budget adherence.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, environmental, and ISO-aligned management systems, providing guidance on project start-ups and procurement processes.
