Operations Director Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations team at various leisure facilities and sports stadiums in the region.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for customer service and strong leadership skills to drive business success.

  • Demanding financial and strategic plans that meet business objectives
  • Maintaining high-value relationships with stakeholders

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced manager with extensive experience in commercial or business management, preferably from within the leisure or facility management sector.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Driving commercial outcomes and delivering results
  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders

Essential qualities include:

  • Demonstrated financial analysis capabilities
  • At least 5 years' experience managing a sales/operations function
  • Budgeting skills
  • A track record of achieving agreed financial outcomes
  • Ability to adapt management interventions to varying circumstances
