Parts Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Parts Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in Kwinana. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in sales and customer service, and a solid background in automotive vehicle parts sales.
The successful candidate will lead key sales activities, including effective parts interpretation, phone sales, and customer relationships. They will also assist with staff management and development, while remaining informed and responsive to market developments.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive key sales initiatives, including efficient parts interpretation, phone sales, and customer relationship building.
- Collaborate with staff to foster growth and development.
- Remain up-to-date and responsive to industry trends and developments.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A proven track record in automotive or commercial parts sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong knowledge of HV parts (Truck and Bus preferred).
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexibility, a team-oriented approach, and a customer-focused mindset.
