Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to support high-profile Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will lead analysis and project coordination, developing key artefacts including AI strategy, data readiness assessments, business process flows, requirements, and user stories.

A strong background in business analysis and project coordination within complex organisations is required. Experience working on digital transformation or AI projects, and skilled facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis and project coordination for AI initiatives.
  • Develop key project artefacts including AI strategy & roadmap, data & infrastructure readiness assessments, business process flows, requirements, and user stories.
  • Evaluate alignment with in-flight AI initiatives and client priorities.
  • Provide regular project reporting to steering committees and governance forums.
