About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Mid-Senior Business Analyst to join our Cloud Business Solutions team as a Transformation Specialist. This role will involve working closely with our clients to evaluate end-user business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop and implement the appropriate technical solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative technology and driving customer transformation. They must be able to communicate effectively with various audiences, possess strong presentation skills, and be able to lead technical groups while handling critical customer issues.

You will be based in Canberra and required to work on a hybrid arrangement within the Atturra office or at the client site (where necessary).

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate end-user business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to meet client needs
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Contribute positively to the Atturra culture
  • Share your knowledge and help others
  • Participate in Atturra Practice groups
  • Engage in training – both self-paced and face-to-face
  • Analyse requirements to solve customer problems and provide solutions
  • Document outputs of workshops/requirement gathering sessions

Your Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience
  • Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM (CE)
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to recognise and adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and high self-motivation

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovative technology and has a strong drive for customer transformation. As a Mid-Senior Business Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work on some of the highest profile transformation and technology projects in Australia, continually developing your skillset and adding value to our clients.

Salary Estimate

$120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
