Job Title: Facility Care Associate

In this vital role, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents by ensuring all designated areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility adhering to cleaning and infection control guidelines.
  • Interact with residents, their families and visitors demonstrating empathy and delivering exceptional customer service skills.
  • Handle, clean and use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure teamwork and achievement of role requirements.
  • Follow all work health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or facilities management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and within a team.
  • Demonstrated high level of customer service skills.
  • Holding a current driver's licence.
  • National Police Check.
  • NDIS Check.
