About This Opportunity

This is a key leadership role for the facility, located within a 60 bedded residential aged care home with additional services.

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and services.
  • Manage compliance, accreditation, and resident safety through effective quality control measures.
  • Drive performance in financial management and workforce planning aligned with industry standards.
  • Build a positive culture across the facility by fostering engagement and teamwork.
  • Promote continuous improvement and service excellence through a customer-focused approach.

We seek an experienced leader with strong clinical expertise and business acumen to manage our aged care facility.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes.

Genuine passion for resident wellbeing, quality improvement, and people development is essential for this position.
