We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and adoption of our cloud services among large and fast-growing small- and mid-market accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to create and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including opportunities in existing accounts and driving net new business in untapped customers.
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS cloud services.
- Analyze sales and metrics data from your accounts to inform your strategy and drive growth.
- Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement, and work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
- Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Amazon Web Services and best practices implementations.
- 4-8+ years of technology sales experience with a focus on field sales (quota-carrying).
- Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology deals, with a proven track record of consistent territory growth and quota achievement.
- Experience in positioning and selling technology in new customers and new market segments.
- Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account, expanding their understanding of the customer's business, and translating customer business and technology priorities into technology solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the cloud computing market and a proven ability to drive growth and adoption of cloud services. Experience with AWS cloud services is a plus.
