Our goal is to build a team of talented leaders who can spearhead our new initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team and take on the role of Drive Thru Manager. This position is crucial in driving engagement and results within our team, while also handling rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 20-50 members, providing regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans. They will also manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Team: Drive engagement and results with your team of 20–50 legends.
  • Manage Operations: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
  • Develop Your Crew: Help your team thrive with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Deliver Results: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the restaurant firing on all cylinders.
