The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and inspire their team to achieve results. They will also have strong operational skills and be able to manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to drive business success.

Our ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They will also be able to work closely with the Restaurant Manager to energize and guide a passionate team.

Job Responsibilities

Whether you're running the full venue or owning the drive thru , your role is all about fast-paced leadership, team vibes, and delivering epic experiences.

  • Lead the Way: Drive engagement and results with your team of legends.
  • Own the Ops: Handle rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance with support from your Area Manager.
  • Grow Your Crew: Help your team thrive with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Keep the Numbers in Check: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to keep the restaurant firing on all cylinders.
