Manufacturing Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mix and compound product formulations in accordance with batch instructions, ensuring accuracy and precision in the production process.
  • Operate, clean, and set up manufacturing equipment, including machinery and equipment, to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Control production processes and perform tasks in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles, prioritizing quality and safety.
  • Accurately complete batch records and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Working Instructions (WI's), adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
  • Apply Safety and Quality Policies, Procedures, and Standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Hold a current Victorian forklift license and demonstrate proficiency in operating heavy machinery.
  • Have full working rights in Australia and be authorized to work in the country.
  • Work effectively in a dynamic environment, collaborating across technologies and teams to achieve common goals.
