Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify tax invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs to ensure timely payments.
  • Engage with vendors and internal staff to resolve invoice and account queries.
  • Administer vendor accounts and ensure accurate and efficient management of accounts payable.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on AP processes and ensure effective communication.
  • Ensure appropriate approvals and delegation of authority is assigned and obtained.
