Job Title: Business Development Professional
About the Role:The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our SHEGLAM brand to more countries and areas.
- Achieve sales and marketing objectives through effective management of portfolio strategy, ATL/BTL calendar, A&P investment, accounting, operational process, and distributor relationships.
- Manage and optimize multiple aspects of business development, including market analysis, competitor research, and strategic planning.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business expansion through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Cultivate strong relationships with distributors and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
