Lead Project Planner Role

We are seeking an accomplished Lead Project Planner to join our team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality project plans and strategies, managing resources, and fostering strong client relationships.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify resource requirements and allocate personnel effectively.
  • Prepare and submit strategic reports, environmental impact assessments, and other planning documentation.
  • Conduct technical reviews of project outputs to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations.
  • Lead the preparation of tender documents and foster business opportunities.
  • Grow and develop junior staff through mentorship and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture/Urban Design.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills, with proficiency in report writing.
  • Extensive experience in statutory and strategic planning, preferably within NSW.
  • Self-motivation and self-direction, with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with colleagues, managers, and clients.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
