Job Overview
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to manage time, cost, and quality outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Administer consultant and construction contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and governance documentation to support business operations.
  • Support business development activities, including tender responses and proposals.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 4 years of experience for Project Manager applicants, with 7+ years required for Senior Project Manager applicants.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
  • A strong background in design management and contract administration is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • A proactive approach with a focus on solution-oriented thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
