Business Systems Analyst

This is an 8-week contract ideal for a skilled Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in insurance and data analytics work. The successful candidate will thrive in detail-oriented environments and bridge the gap between business, data, and compliance & audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse and validate large volumes of insurance data for compliance and audit purposes.
- Work closely with compliance and audit teams and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights based on the hypothesis.
- Document findings, highlight anomalies, and support risk assessments through structured analysis.
- Assist in preparing data-driven reports and audit documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate data extraction, transformation, and integrity.
- 3+ Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Data Analyst in the insurance industry.
- Strong exposure data analysis.
- Solid understanding of insurance data structures, including claims and policy systems.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python and data validation techniques.
- Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
