Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring adherence to local guidelines for catering establishments and common industry standards.
  • Preparing, producing, and presenting all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
  • Displaying eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills, minimizing food wastage, and providing an exceptional Guest experience.
  • Auditing Kitchen stock and grocery lines daily and ordering stock as required.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and previous Food & Beverage experience in a Hotel/Resort environment.

  • The ability to work a flexible roster, inclusive of nights, weekends, and public holidays.
