We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Pharmacy Manager.

Location: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Germany, Singapore. We are open to candidates from these locations only.

About the Role
  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy store
  • Lead, coach, mentor and develop your team to deliver high performance
  • Procure and manage the supply chain of medicines
  • Administer immunisations and vaccines to patients
  • Ensure customers receive accurate prescriptions
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders
  • Oversight and delivery of financial targets for the store
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing pharmacy teams
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with medical procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
