Electronics Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the hardware team, you will be responsible for professionally engaging in electronic project design and development activities.

  • Conceptualize, design, develop, test and manufacture electronic products from conception to delivery.
  • Act as a product lead and subject matter expert, guiding clients and project teams on electronics design related matters.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the hardware team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure that quality standards are met in line with company policies.
  • Effectively estimate current and potential workloads for the hardware team.
  • Perform technical reviews of hardware designs and documents.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and project managers on all electronics design related matters.
  • Contribute to improving hardware design processes, procedures, systems and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
  • Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold working visa.
  • Relevant degree from a reputable University (e.g. Bachelor of Electronics Engineering).
  • At least 7 years of professional experience as an electronics design engineer.
  • Registered as a professional engineer in Victoria (if based in Victoria).
  • Proficient in designing analog and digital electronics.
  • Experience in electronic product design from concept to manufacture.
  • Proficient in Altium schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
