Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Home Loans strategy and proposition development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing product and portfolio strategies, including proposition development.

  • Developing and implementing portfolio and proposition development strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric outcomes
  • Managing growth across market intelligence, portfolio economics, business implications, and customer insights
  • Ideating, developing, and prioritizing initiatives to deliver marketing and portfolio strategy
  • Overseeing and executing translation of propositions into consumer-facing offers

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Economics: Utilizing internal data to understand customer behavior and needs, as well as portfolio and product performance
  • CX Optimisation: Leveraging customer journey and life cycle mapping from Data/Design functions to optimize customer experience
  • Product and Customer Experience Funnel Analysis: Identifying opportunities for improvement and developing solutions
  • Manage Product and Customer Experience Playbook Creation and Marketing Services Briefing

Requirements

  • Discovery & Insights: Managing growth across market intelligence, portfolio economics, business implications, and customer insights
  • Opportunity Scoping: Ideating, developing, and prioritizing initiatives to deliver marketing and portfolio strategy
  • Go to Market Planning: Developing and implementing go-to-market plans to achieve customer and commercial targets
  • Strategic Prioritisation: Reviewing and prioritizing initiatives against organisational resources
