Human Resources Professional

Join our team as a key player in managing the entire employee lifecycle for our distribution centre and blue-collar workforce.

  • Drive efficient workforce planning and rostering to ensure optimal staffing levels across all operations.
  • Administer accurate and timely payroll processing through diligent timesheet management and ADP reconciliation, ensuring compliance.
  • Facilitate seamless recruitment and onboarding processes, acting as a liaison with agencies and managing essential compliance checks.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records across all platforms, ensuring data integrity and supporting timely reporting.
  • Provide effective employee relations support, including drafting disciplinary documentation and resolving HR cases.
  • Contribute to employee learning and development initiatives by administering training modules and maintaining certification records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management, HR administration, or workforce coordination (preferably in warehousing, logistics, or production).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS/rostering systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across departments and seniority levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing operational needs.
