Job Description:This key role will play a crucial part in negotiating commercial contracts, identifying business opportunities, and engaging with industry stakeholders to support strategic growth objectives.
- Negotiate, review, and manage commercial agreements to align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with legal teams to assess contract terms and mitigate risks.
- Develop strong relationships with industry partners, government bodies, and joint venture stakeholders.
- Identify and evaluate business opportunities aligned with growth strategies.
- Liaise with internal teams across finance, engineering, and operations to drive commercial initiatives.
About You:
- 7-10 years' experience in a commercial, business development, or advisory role within the Oil & Gas, Mining, or Resources industries.
- A strong commercial mindset with proven experience in contract negotiation and business case development.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Law, or a related discipline.
- An understanding of industry regulations, commercial frameworks, and infrastructure agreements.
