Job Overview

The primary objective of this Senior Treasury Analyst position is to provide expert financial guidance and support to ensure the company's liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk management needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the group's 16-week cash flow forecast and prepare weekly and monthly liquidity reporting for senior leadership.
  • Analyze and optimize variance and data to improve forecast accuracy.
  • Lead regular review sessions with operating business finance teams to understand cash flow risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure efficient short-term cash management and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Deliver clear and concise presentations to senior management on key financial matters.
  • Execute approved financial markets transactions, including accurate and timely reporting within the Treasury Management System (TMS).
  • Provide critical FX market insights to inform strategic decisions and manage counterparty relationships.
  • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive Financial Risk Management Strategy and Treasury Policy framework.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools, along with familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and other industry-standard software.
  • Understanding of foreign exchange markets and instruments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify financial issues, propose solutions, and make sound recommendations to senior leadership.
