Civil and Road Projects Lead

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Program Delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of civil and road projects.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in delivering complex projects within budget and time constraints. You will also possess strong contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and construction management skills.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of civil and road projects.
- Manage projects in line with Council's project management processes.
- Provide advice and support across the Program Delivery team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.
- Ensure projects meet safety, budget, and quality standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience as a project manager with a proven track record delivering civil and road projects.
- Strong skills in contract administration, stakeholder engagement, and construction management.
- Sound knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to negotiate with contractors and consultants.
