We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Lead Educator to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Led a dedicated team of educators, prioritizing individual growth and professional guidance that inspires and motivates.
  • Establish genuine, trusting relationships with children, families, colleagues, and people within the community.
  • Create a warm, safe, and dynamic learning atmosphere that encourages interactive experiences.
  • Support team members in their development, allowing them to play a vital role in the children's education journeys.

**Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved).
  • Current Working with Childrens Check.
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Current Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate.

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum.
