Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $31-$35 per hour, plus additional benefits such as salary sacrificing options and childcare discounts for eligible employees. Additionally, C&K offers a range of perks, including a wage rate of $31-$35 per hour, live, work and be well support, parental leave, return-to-work support, and family-friendly priority access to C&K childcare centres.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator and Learning Coach to join our team at QUT Kelvin Grove. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping young minds and helping children grow into curious, capable, and confident learners. You will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and exciting play-based environment that enriches the lives of children, families, and our wider community.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification;
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification;
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card;
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
