About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our National Procurement team as a specialist in the Fertiliser category. Your primary focus will be on managing procurement and contract distribution across our business.

  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies, communicating offers to State Rural Product Managers and rural product stores.
  • Collaborate with State Rural Product Managers, stores, and suppliers to allocate contracts and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with key suppliers, ensuring seamless relationships.
  • Oversee inventory levels and manage Home Office contracts effectively.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of fertilisers and related supply chains.
  • A proven track record of sales, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to analyze market data and drive informed decision-making.
