Job Title: Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising system processes, as well as managing data and quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating work, training and overseeing team members.
  • Managing data and quality, and resolving complex data issues.
  • Analysing and optimising system processes, encouraging consistency across business areas.

You will also be responsible for determining and assessing system failures, providing guidance on system decision-making processes, and preparing operational specifications for system developers.

In addition, you will be required to troubleshoot and deliver assistance to identify, determine and resolve embedded hardware and software malfunctions, manage the integration of point-of-sale systems and new changes, prepare documentation related to trainings, create and support plans for new initiatives and projects, and document system logs and operational procedures.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum 2 years' work experience, a Bachelor degree or higher qualification, and the ability to work under pressure while executing precise time management skills involving planning, prioritising and delegating.

Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster are also essential. You will be working in a dynamic environment, contributing to the growth and success of the organisation.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum. We offer a variety of shift patterns, including 10 hour shifts, 8 hour shifts, evening shifts, Monday to Friday, on-call shifts, public holidays and weekend availability.
