We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in helping older people maintain their independence and live well in their own homes.
Your person-centred focus and attention to detail will ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualised, flexible, and high-quality care to people in the community.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as showering, medications, transport, and respite care.
- Provide everyday living services such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping, or meal preparation.
- Promptly report client services and recognise and report any client risk via our incident management system.
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services is highly desired.
- Current Australian Driver's License and willingness to travel.
- Registered and insured vehicle.
- Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence in using technology.
