Digital Marketing Role Overview

This is a performance-focused role requiring someone who thrives on data, testing, and continuous optimisation.

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
  • Work closely with brand, e-commerce, creative, and CRM teams to ensure campaign alignment with trade priorities and customer goals.
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, from audience targeting to landing page experience, in partnership with the digital team.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  2. Manage bidding strategies with a focus on profitability, efficiency, and customer growth.
  3. Build audience segments using CDP for precision targeting and remarketing.
  4. Manage Google Merchant Centre and optimise product feeds for Shopping performance.
  5. Partner with brand and ecommerce teams to align campaign execution with trade calendars and customer journey improvements.
  6. Deliver actionable reporting and insights via GA4 and Looker Studio dashboards.
  7. Test and iterate on creative, copy, placements, and formats for continuous performance gains.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years' hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns in e-commerce or retail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Shopping feeds.
  • Experience managing budgets across acquisition and retention campaigns.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and digital performance KPIs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering ROAS and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborative and organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Passion for digital performance marketing, customer behaviour, and driving results.
