About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Cyber-worthiness Principal Consultant to join our growing protective security capability group. This role is based out of Newcastle, NSW, and involves working with clients to improve their cyber-worthiness culture and achieve certification and accreditation.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage the resource allocation for the cyber-worthiness team across multiple projects.
- Provide regular reporting on cyber-related tasks and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Lead or participate in developing, implementing, and maintaining the cyber-worthiness program for defence platforms.
- Work with stakeholders to achieve certification and accreditation from international partners, DASA, and other authorities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity, preferably in a defence domain.
- Demonstrated understanding of defence cyber-worthiness and ICT Accreditation processes.
- Experience leading teams, including resource management, capability development, and career planning.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- A strong understanding of CASA or DASA requirements and their impact on platform accreditation.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
