The Role

As our Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind go-to-market strategies, vendor relationships, and channel enablement for Pro Audio solutions. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative bundles, marketing initiatives, and sales enablement programs that elevate our portfolio.

Core Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop strategies in collaboration with Pro Audio vendors.
  • Vendor Management: Identify opportunities and challenges, maintain strong relationships, manage claims, and ensure rebate attainment.
  • Channel Enablement: Train business partners and inside sales, manage pricing programs, and execute demand generation programs.
  • Sales & Marketing: Create and implement marketing plans, bundle solutions, and pricing strategies.
  • Forecasting & Inventory: Forecast sales and stock, manage inventory levels and obsolescence.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, BDMs, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Conduct QBRs, track metrics, and formulate gap plans.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand evangelist within Dicker Data.

What You Will Need to Succeed in the Role

  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft meeting rooms, unified communications, and professional audio.
  • Proactive and operationally excellent, with strong initiative and creativity.
  • Professional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • High attention to detail, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and implement process efficiencies.
