Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the delivery of complex electrical engineering solutions that support our aerospace and defence projects.

This critical role involves overseeing the design, development and implementation of electrical systems and components, as well as leading a team of engineers to ensure project designs meet customer needs.

  • Oversight of electrical system design, development and implementation
  • Leadership of a team of electrical engineers to achieve project goals
  • Cross-functional collaboration to integrate electrical systems into larger system architectures
  • Technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the engineering team
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer, with proven track record of leading complex projects
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical design, analysis and testing and verification techniques
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Desirable: experience working in the aerospace or defence industry and ability to obtain necessary security clearances
